Development of high pressure energy saving vane pump

In the case of dump trucks, cranes, active suspension systems and garbage collection devices, the hydraulic system usually has a working time of less than 20%. The gear pump or ordinary vane pump is used for oil supply. In the 80% idle time state, the pump cannot be changed or stopped. The flow rate, and the energy consumed during this idling is very large, and also emits a large amount of greenhouse gases, especially for high-speed vehicles.
The high-pressure energy-saving hydraulic vane pump is to stop the oil circulation when no-load, and to supply oil when needed, effectively reducing the power consumption during no-load, thus saving fuel and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, which is of great significance to environmental protection.
Development of high pressure energy saving vane pump
The high-pressure energy-saving vane pump can be used to replace the gear pump and the plunger pump that require an additional power source. It is no longer necessary to use the clutch disengagement system. When idling, the high-pressure energy-saving vane pump can stop the oil circulation by controlling the extension of the vanes.
Through the use of high-pressure energy-saving vane pump and safety valve, it can achieve good results without clutch, no gearbox, reduce system components, reduce operating costs and improve safety performance.
The high-pressure energy-saving vane pump mainly achieves the energy-saving effect by controlling the expansion and contraction of the vane. In the idling, the steel ball telescopic mechanism controlled by the pilot pressure locks the vane in the rotor, and the vane, the stator, the rotor and the oil distribution disc cannot be formed. Sealing the volume, thereby stopping the vane pump oil supply cycle, reducing drive or engine output power, reducing energy consumption and exhaust emissions, reducing blade and stator wear and increasing pump life.
